AYAYATECH / PRIVACY
Your privacy, thoughtfully protected.
Last updated: 18 October 2026
This notice explains how AyayaTech handles information submitted through our early-access registration form.
What we collect
We collect your name, email address, optional area of interest, chosen language, registration time, subscription status, and a record of your consent. A private management token is stored as a one-way hash. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help prevent abusive submissions.
Why we collect it
We use this information to maintain our early-access community and prepare relevant AyayaTech product news, company updates, and early-access opportunities. Registration does not create a financial account or provide access to financial services. This website currently does not send emails.
Your choice and consent
Joining the list is optional. The consent checkbox is not preselected. Existing registrations are not overwritten by repeat submissions. You may withdraw consent or delete your registration using the private management link shown after your first registration. Keep that link safe; anyone with it can manage your registration.
Storage and access
Registrations are stored in a private database on our hosting infrastructure. Authorised administrators can view, filter, and export subscriber records. Hosting and network security providers process information needed to operate and protect this website. We do not sell subscriber information.
Retention and deletion
We keep registrations for up to 24 months unless you delete yours earlier. Unsubscribed records remain marked as unsubscribed until that retention period ends. Deleted data may remain in restricted backups for up to 30 days before those backups expire.
Cookies and local storage
The public site remembers your language preference in your browser. The administrator area uses essential authentication cookies. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.
Your information requests
You can unsubscribe or delete your data directly using your private management link. For other information requests, contact AyayaTech using the address below. The contact address is temporary while the client’s contact details are being finalised.
